தேவையான பொருட்கள்

  1. Halfkg chicken boneless or legs and wings
  2. Kashmir red chilly powder 2tspn
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 5spn
  4. 200 gmsCurd blended
  5. 2Egg
  6. Italian herbs 2tspn
  7. Salt as required
  8. 200 gmsall purpose flour
  9. 2 tbspnCorn flour
  10. 1 litreIce water

    In a bowl add blended curd,. Full raw egg, salt, 1 tsppn red chilly powder, 1 tspn italian herbs, ginger garlic paste all, and chicken

    . And mix well together all. Keep it Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hrs.

    Take in a bowl ice water. Keep aside. In a bowl take all purpose flour, corn flour, italian powder, red chilly powder, salt as needed mix well all.

    After refrigerate, take a single single piece of chicken into to powder mix, one time mixing take the piece and dip in ice water a while again mix into powder mix. Keep it aside.

    Finally deep fry at middle flame

  6. 6

    Once cook. Ready to serve it
