Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsooji
  2. 4 tbspsugar
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 6-8almonds chopped
  5. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, add ghee and roast sooji for 5-10 mins on medium low flame.

    Add water and sugar. let it dissolve and cook till it thickens.

    Lower the heat and serve the halwa by sprinkling some chopped almonds over it. enjoy this simple and yummy halwa recipe.
