Carrot bliss balls

Being a sweetooth, I always keep looking for ways to make my dessert healthy. So yesterday was the same day when I was craving for something sweet but luckily there was nothing in the refrigerator (not even Chocolates )
So I thought to eat some dry fruits to calm my cravings. Now when I was reaching out for dates, it just heat to my mind to try making something out of it. I checked my refrigerator again and found some carrots, well they are sweet, you know. And boom! These balls are the result.

Cooking Instructions

Blitz together all the ingredients in a high speed food processor until they combine well.

Make small balls using hands.
- 3
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours then serve.
