Ingredients

  1. 300 gmspaneer
  2. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tbsppeanut butter
  5. 2 tsproasted chopped peanuts
  6. 1/2 tspsoy sauce
  7. 1/4 tspvinegar
  8. 3-4 dropscapsico sauce
  9. 1/4 tspperi peri masala
  10. 1 tspfinely chopped parsley
  11. 1/4 cup water
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. For garnish-
  14. as requiredSliced bellpeppers
  15. as requiredChopped peanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Take 300 gms malai paneer cut it into long rectangle and insert satay stick in the center, sprinkle some salt over it and keep it aside.

    In a non-stick pan, take butter, once butter melts add garlic and cook it for 20 seconds, then add chopped parsley and again cook it for another 20 seconds.

    Now add peanut butter to it, once you add peanut butter it will start melting, cook it for 10-15 seconds, then add water and mix well.

    Now add peri peri masala, soy sauce, salt, vinegar and chopped peanuts, mix well.

    Adjust consistency of the sauce using more water if required, remember it should coat the paneer well.

    Now slowly holding the satay stick coat each paneer slice in the sauce and cook it in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.

    Switch off the gas and take the paneer satay in a serving plate, garnish with bell peppers, parsley and sprinkle some chopped peanuts over it. Serve hot.
