Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuppeas
  2. 100 gramspaneer
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 2chopped onions
  5. 3chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. as requiredoil for deep frying
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  12. as requiredwater
  13. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a cooker & add chopped onions, cook till they become golden brown, add all the ingredients & saute them.

    Now add tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners. Add peas with 1/2 cup of water.

    Cover with lid & give 1 whistle. Let it cool down. Open the lid & stir constantly till all the water dissolves.

    Cut the paneer in small cubes & deep fry them. Put them in the cooker with 1 glass of water. Again cover the lid & give 2 -3 whistles. Switch off the flame.

    Open the lid & cook on low flame till the gravy becomes thick.

    Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
