Ingredients

  1. ForEgg curry
  2. 4Eggs, boiled
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 12-14Curry leaves
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 2Onions (diced)
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  11. 1/2 KgTomatoes (deseeded and chopped), peeled
  12. 2 tbspCoriander, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the Shell. In a pan heat oil and fry whole egg and keep aside.

    In same pan heat oil. Toss in curry leaves and mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.

    Now add onions and ginger garlic paste, green chilli the onions soften over gentle heat for 5 minutes.

    Add turmeric and chilli powder, stir well. Add tomatoes, salt and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally, add eggs and coriander.
    Serve hot with boiled rice.
