Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2medium onion sliced
  2. 1capsicum diced
  3. 1/2 cupspring onion
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspgarlic chopped
  6. 1-1 spoonsoya,chilli,vinegar and tomato sauce
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. to tasteSalt pepper
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1 tspcorn flour
  12. For paneer-
  13. 200 gmspaneer diced (you can use tofu as well)
  14. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  15. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  16. to tasteSalt and pepper
  17. 1 pinchRed orange colour
  18. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add salt, pepper, ketchup and food colour to paneer and coat with corn flour.

  2. 2

    Now sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and Microwave at convection mode for 10-12 min at 180 degree.

    Now add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger garlic paste and green chilli.

  4. 4

    After that add sliced onion, capsicum and spring onion and saute it.

  5. 5

    Now in a bowl add all the sauce and add water and cornflour to make a smooth slurry.

    Add above sauce to the pan and give a boil.

  7. 7

    Add panner and salt and pepper

  8. 8

    Stir it gently once the gravy get thickens it's ready to serve.

    # if you don't have a microwave you can follow the same recipe. Just instead of microwave deep fry the paneer. Rest is same.
