  1. 1 cupfinely chopped Cabbage
  2. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  3. 1/2 cup finely grated coconut
  4. 1big onion chopped or (shallot) if available
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. 5garlic cloves
  7. 1 tsp cumin
  8. 1dry red chilli
  9. as needed Curry leaves
  10. 1 tsp coconut oil
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Crush onion,green chilli,garlic & cumin and keep aside. Add salt& turmeric powder in cabbage mix well and after some time squeeze & remove water now add coconut and mix well.

    Heat a pan add oil dry red chilli & crushed onion, garlic, green chilli, cumin and saute till onion turns transparent. Add Cabbage, coconut and curry leaves and little salt again saute for a while turn off gas.

    Serve ready Cabbage Thoran in a bowl.
