Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. as neededghee
  3. to tastesugar
  4. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the moong dal overnight or 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    Grind the dal, put some water only needed for grind.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in pan. Now add grind dal in pan.

  4. 4

    Stirr well on low to medium flame till water completely soak.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar in it and stirr continuously.

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 minutes. Now moong halwa is ready to serve,

  7. 7

    Garnish with cashews (optional) and add cardamom powder.
