Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsladys finger /bhindi washed,dried and cut it finely
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai add onions fry till golden brown, add the bhindi and fry for 5 to 7 mins

  2. 2

    Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame till done
