Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 kgCarrots
  2. 1 1/2Beetroot
  3. 2Pomegranate
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash carrot and beetroot in running water and dry them.

  2. 2

    Peel and cut beetroot and carrot into small or medium pieces. Chop ginger into two pieces. Blend it well in juicer or blender.

  3. 3

    Add pomegranate seeds (1 cup of seeds). Blend it well until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add little water if needed and blend it again to a smooth mixture and Strain.

  5. 5

    Serve the juice fresh and consume it immediately.
