Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupgram flour/ besan
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped methi (fenugreek)/ 1 tspn kasuri methi
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1/2tspn Cumin seeds
  7. 1/2tspn turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspnoil
  9. Luke warm water for kneading dough

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl fix all the ingredients nicely.. With the help of water knead a hard dough, cover and keep it aside for 20 minutes..

    Now take a small portion from the dough and flatten it very thin with the help of rolling pin..

    Heat tawa and lower it flame and cook it from both side on low flame very nicely by pressing it with any spetulla or any cloth till it is crispy from both the side.. It would take 5-6 minutes to b perfect..

    Prepare all the other khakra in same manner..

    Let it cool yummy and crispy methi khakra are ready to eat and serve.. Enjoy them as tea time snack.. U can keep them fresh for 10-12 days in air tight container..
