Combine besan onion coriander leaves red chilli salt cumin powder soda ajwain ginger garlic paste add little little water to make a medium batter beat the batter for good 5 minutes

Heat oil and fry the besan phulki (small sized pakoda) on medium heat until brown...then drain the phulki and remove in a plate set aside

In another bowl beat the dahi adding sugar salt rock salt red chilli cumin powder add 1 glass water and beat again until combined

Then add the prepared besan phulki in the dahi let them dip nicely inside dahi....heat a tbsp oil add a tsp cumin seeds once they splitter add a pinch hing pour tadka over dahi phulki garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onions
