Then take a big bowl and add this udad daal powder in it then salt, and ginger chilli paste and some jeera and pinch of hing mix it well.add little water and mix very well and blend it with your hands for 10 minutes.

Then heat oil and fry vada untill vada got golden brown in colour. Then add in water direct all the fried vadas.

Now make sweet curd... So first take big bowl and add curd and blend it for a while then add powder sugar and salt in it. Put this curd in freeze so it's chill.

Now time to arrange dahi vada. So take a bowl and add dahi vada in it then pour sweet curd on it. Then add imli and green chutney all over.

Last sprinkle some red chilli powder and roasted jeera powder and also chaat masala over it. And enjoy...this soft and mouth watering dahi vada.
