In a mixing bowl, mix your whipped cream, cold water and milk on high speed until it gets thick. •Add icing sugar gradually and mix a little •Blend your biscuit in a food processor and pour in melted butter •Get your serving cup and pour in the whipped cream then pour your biscuits and keep alternating till you get desired layers •Add toppings of your choice or even serve like that. •Be sure to serve it cold
