Ingredients

  1. 1/2 packkwetiau
  2. 1egg
  3. 3meatballs
  4. 50 gramsmilk powder (you can use liquid milk, I won't suggest you to use full cream milk)
  5. 1onion
  6. 1garlic
  7. 1spring onion
  8. mayonaise
  9. salt
  10. pepper
  11. sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil kwetiau and add little butter or oil so the kwetiau aren't sticky. Drain well.

    Fry onion, garlic and metballs. (You can add sosis, ham, beacon, or meat)

  3. 3

    Add milk powder that has been mixed well with warm water. Put onto the pan.

  4. 4

    Add kwetiau and egg (I prefer half fried egg, you can put it first at step 2 for well cooked egg).

  5. 5

    Add seasoning like salt, pepper, sugar and mayonaise. I suggest you add some cheese and parsley.
