Deviled Egg

Today I have prepared restaurant-style deviled egg. This is really crispy and wonderful to taste.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the eggs and cut into half. Heat oil in a kadai then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes, then add crushed chick peas, mashed potatoes,chopped green chilli, cumin powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and salt to taste mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.

In a plate spread the breadcrumbs, in a bowl whisk the egg and keep aside, cover the half egg with potato mixture then dip into the whisked egg, then roll over the breadcrumbs again dip into the whisked egg, then roll into the breadcrumbs again. The process remain the same all eggs halves.

Heat oil for frying. Deep fry deviled egg till golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.

For a half dozen eggs (dozen halves), I use about 3 tspns, just enough to bind the filling. Have you went to make deviled eggs and part of the hard boiled egg is torn by peeling the shells off? If so here is a good way of dealing with it. Slice the messed up part off and put that messed up part in to the salad part.
