Ingredients

  1. ForOuter corner: -
  2. 2 cupmaida
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 2 tbspsemolina
  5. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  6. As required Water
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. For Stuffing: -
  9. 100 gmsboiled noodles
  10. 50 gmsfrench beans
  11. 50 gmscarrot
  12. 50 gmscabbage
  13. 50 gmscapsicum
  14. 3 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  16. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  17. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve maida, add semolina, baking soda, salt and oil. Knead a dough using cold water. Put the dough aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add pieces of french beans and carrot. Cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add pieces of cabbage and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles and mix it well, then add salt, give it a mix. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Add chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix well.

    Take dough and make rotis from it. Put 2 tbsp of mixture in the middle of roti. Cover the roti by folding from every side. Stick the sides using water. Make a roll.

    Fry them in the oil on low flame.

    Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
