Ingredients

  1. Forbhatura
  2. 250 gramsmaida
  3. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 3 tspcurd
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. as requiredOil for deep frying as required
  7. Forchola
  8. 2 cupschickpeas
  9. 2big onions
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds
  11. 2-3tomatoes
  12. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/4 tsptarmaric powder
  16. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  17. As per taste Salt
  18. as required Coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    First of all, we knead dough for bhatura take maida add salt 1/2 spoon curd baking powder mix it well and make the dough by using water like roti dough.

    The dough is ready cover it and keep aside for 2 hours now we prepare chola.

    We soak chola 6hour before now in cooker put chola 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tej patta and take 3-4 whistles

    Now take kadai heat 1serving spoon oil add Cumin for cracking after cracking Cummin add onion Puri mix it well

    Now add all masalas red chilli salt turmeric powder mix it then add tomatoes Puri cover the with lid on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

    Now add cholas which boil before mix it and leave it to cook for 5 minutes or untill leave the oil. Then add 1 cup water or as required. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

    Our bhatura are ready garnish some coriander leaves and garam masala ready now time is to make bhaturas take dough kept for rest.

    Take dough knead it take some portion of dough role it like poor.

    Heat oil deep fry baturas enjoyed it ready to serve to tasty.
