Sometimes when we feel like not going for proper meals and opt out for something light then this salad is the best option as besides fiber and goodness of veggies it also has protein

Ingredients

15-20 mins
1-2 servings
  1. 1 cupmoong dhuli daal(washed,soaked for 2 hrs)
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 cupmix chopped (cucumber, onion,tomato)
  5. 1grated carrot
  6. as needed baby spinach leaves
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tspolive oil
  9. 1lemon

Cooking Instructions

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil dal in a pan along with salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    Make a dressing by mixing oil,pepper and lemon juice

  3. 3

    Strain dal and mix vegetables and dressing

  4. 4

    Refrigerate it for 30 mins and serve
