Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgraw mango
  2. 2 tablespoonmustard oil
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 2 teaspoonRed chili powder
  5. 1.5 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1.5 teaspoonhing
  7. For masala
  8. 1.5 teaspoonmustard seeds
  9. 1.5 teaspoonsaunf
  10. 1.5 teaspoonjeera
  11. 1.5 teaspoonmethi seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Cut mango in pieces

    Take masala in pan and roast it and grind it

  3. 3

    Take oil let it become hot and switch off the gas add turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, salt

  4. 4

    Add pieces of raw mango

  5. 5

    Add the grinded masala and mix well and cover it for 5 minutes on medium flame

  6. 6

    Raw mango pickle ready to eat n serve with Parantha puri
