This smoothie is packed full of nutritious ,fiber from the banana, almonds, Cashews and dates (which also provide natural sweetness), as well as calcium and healthy fats from the milk and almonds, Cashews making it a quick, simple, filling, and nutritious breakfast .

Ingredients

3 People
  1. 2Bananas
  2. 6-7Dates (Stones Remove)
  3. 2-4Almonds Roughly Chopped
  4. 4-5Cashews Roughly Chopped
  5. 2 CupMilk
  6. 2 tbspSugar
  7. 2-3Pistachios
  8. 2-3Raisins

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients into mixi jar and Blend them until Smooth.

    Pour into Glasses and add some ice cubes and Garnish with some chopped pistachios and serve. ENJOY!
