Mango is the king of fruits and a lots amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and nutrients. Mangoes helps boost immunity system and prevents cold/flu.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash the mangoes, peel them and take the pulp out. Then chop them into small pieces.

In a blender jar, add the mangoes pulp and all other ingredients. Then blend it to get a smooth puree.
- 3
Pour this smoothie in serving glasses and garnish with chopped nuts. Then Serve it immediately.
