  1. 3Ripe Mangoes (alphanso)
  2. 3 tspSugar
  3. 1 GlassChilled Milk
  4. 1/2 cupdry fruits soaked over night pistachio and almonds
  5. 7-8Ice cubes
  6. For garnish
  7. handfuldry fruits Chopped nuts(pistachio, almonds)

    Firstly wash the mangoes, peel them and take the pulp out. Then chop them into small pieces.

    In a blender jar, add the mangoes pulp and all other ingredients. Then blend it to get a smooth puree.

    Pour this smoothie in serving glasses and garnish with chopped nuts. Then Serve it immediately.
