Dates are a powerhouse of energy, iron, calcium and fibre. They have natural sugars and are nutrition rich. Banana is a superfood having carbohydratew, proteins and vitamins and are mineral rich too. I have combined both with plant protein powder to make a delicious smoothie. Enjoy.

Cooking Instructions

First, combine all ingredients in a blender jar.

Blend to a smooth puree and if small chunks remain, let them be.
- 3
Drizzle honey on the sides of a serving jar and pour the smoothie. Garnish with dates and Serve.
