Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2medium size apples
  2. 11/2 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspraisins
  4. 4almonds
  5. 4dry dates
  6. To tasteSugar or honey (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak almonds, raisins and dry dates in some milk for at least 1 hour.

  2. 2

    In a blender take chopped apples, soaked nuts, and grind to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Then add milk and honey and blend everything well. Add some crushed ice. Serve chilled. I have not added sugar or honey as apples were too sweet and dates and raisins are also sweet.

    Healthy and yummy milkshake is ready.
