Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3 cupvermicelli
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 1 litreful cream
  4. 1 cupKesar pista milk powder
  5. 3-4 tbspchopped almonds
  6. 3 tbspraisins
  7. 2 1/2 cupsugar
  8. 1 tbspcardamom nutmeg powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan on a medium flame add vermicelli and mix it. Roast it for 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes golden brown in colour.

    Add mava or khoya for another 2 to 5 minutes for thickens. I have added Kesar badam milk powder. Melt in milk and add. It's for thickness. Now add milk to a pan and stir. Increase low medium flame and stir continuously.

    Stir often otherwise vermicelli will stick at the bottom. Once the milk comes to boil lower the heat and boil for more 5 to 8 minutes. Now add sugar and mix it

    Now off the flame and close the lid for 5 minutes. Serve sheer Khurma warm or chilled..

    Add cardamom nutmeg powder and mix it and boil it add chopped almonds and raisins and boil it.
