Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer
  2. 2 tbspfresh Malai( cream)
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 1 cuptomato Puree
  5. To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  8. 1/3 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp dry kasuri methi
  10. 4-5dry red chilli
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 2 tspGhee
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. 2 tsptomato sauce
  15. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Heat kadhai add oil and ghee add cumin seeds and dry red chilli

  2. 2

    Now add onion when the colour become pink add kasuri methi and tomato Puree

  3. 3

    Add all masala except garam masala mix it add Malai mix it nicely add paneer cubes and sause mix it nicely add milk and Mix it..cook for five minutes at medium flame.serve hot.
