Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrava
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped carrot
  4. 1 bowlchana dal
  5. 2chopped green chilli
  6. 6-7Curry leaves
  7. 1 1/2 cupwater
  8. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  9. 2-3chopped beans
  10. 6-7peas
  11. 3 tspVegetable oil
  12. To tastesalt
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder (optional)
  14. 1/2 glasswater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan preheat it and put the rava into the pan stir it for 10-20 minutes until the fragrance come or the colour become litter brown

    And when the rava is ready take it out in a plate and again take a pan put 2 tbsp oil in it and then add veggies in it first add mustard seeds and then green chilli and then onion stir it until the onion get light brown then add the veggies (beans, peas, carrot) and after that fry the chana daal and add it in the tadka

    After that add rava in it and the spices too salt 1 or half spoon as per your taste and red chilli powder if you like spicy food and after that put some water in it and cook it for 10 minutes

    And the upma is ready you can eat this with coconut chutney
