Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup mixed looseleaf lettuce (heaping); 2 tbsp green onion ( diced ); 2 tbsp freshe broccoli stems ( diced ); 2 tbsp yellow onion ( diced ); 2 tbsp yellow pepper ( diced ); 2 tbsp chopped broccoli tops; 2 tbsp chopped or shredded or sliced provolone cheese; 2 tbsp shredded cheddar; 2 tbsp shredded motzarella cheese; 2 tbsp shredded carrot; 4 slice spicy pepperoni cut into strips; 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds; 5 italian parmesan crouton broken into pieces ( recipe on my profile ); 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil; 1/8 cup golden balsamic vinegar; 4 tbsp parmesan cheese

my fb friend rocco came up with this salad for me.. it was quite tasty with a little bit of sweet, a little bit of bitter and a little bit of spicy.. and alot of nice different textures!

salad
1 1/2 cupmixed looseleaf lettuce (heaping)
2 tbspgreen onion ( diced )
2 tbspfreshe broccoli stems ( diced )
2 tbspyellow onion ( diced )
2 tbspyellow pepper ( diced )
2 tbspchopped broccoli tops
2 tbspchopped or shredded or sliced provolone cheese
2 tbspshredded cheddar
2 tbspshredded motzarella cheese

4 slicespicy pepperoni cut into strips
2 tbsproasted sunflower seeds
5italian parmesan crouton broken into pieces ( recipe on my profile )
dressing
1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/8 cupgolden balsamic vinegar
4 tbspparmesan cheese

for the salad:

layer ingredients in order that they are listed

wisk all ingredients together well.

immediently drizzle alllll over salad..

HINT: I don't like a strong vinegar flavor so I don't put a lot of vinegar.. if u like a strong vinegar flavor increase vinegar to 1/4cup...

HINT: I don't like an overload of dressing but if u like a lot of dressing double the dressing ingredients..

HINT: any ingredient can be omitted or swapped out if u don't like them. example: yellow pepper for green, yellow onion for purple.. etc..

this makes a salad for one as a meal or 2-3 as a side salad.
