Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 11/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt 5 tbsp oil
  4. 1/2tsb baking soda
  5. 1/2tsb baking powder
  6. Pitch of salt
  7. 1 tbssugar
  8. Cooking Filling:
  9. 2/3 cupsugar
  10. 3 tbspcornstarch
  11. 4 1/2 cupsmango purie
  12. 1tsb cardamom powder
  13. 1/2 cupmix dry fruits
  14. Topping
  15. 1 1/2 tspmilk
  16. 1 tsppowder sugar

Cooking Instructions

    To prepare the dough, Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, stirring well with a whisk.

    Put the oil and mix it well.Add chilled milk, stirring just until moist. Make a soft dough. Gently press portion into a circle on a sheet of plastic wrap; cover. Chill 30 minutes.

    Take 1 portion chilled dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 10-inch circle.

    Fit dough into a pan and coated with cooking spray.and cook 10 minutes at medium heat

    To prepare filling, heat a bowl and add mango purie and sugar and mix well. stirring well with a whisk.
    Take a cornstarch and water in a bowl and mix well without any lumbs.Add this mixture and cardamom powder in mango, sugar liquids. toss to coat. Add mango mixture to prepared pie plate.Unwrap dough; place remaining chilled dough portion on a lightly floured surface.
    Roll dough into a 10-inch circle.

    Take a star cutter and design it all side, then Fit dough over mango mixture. Press edges of dough together. Fold edges under; flute. And put the dough star. To prepare topping, brush top of dough with milk. Combine granulated sugar, sprinkle evenly over dough. Place the pie on pan and cook 15 minutes from both side on medium heat. Cool completely on a wire rack. Then serve it.
