  1. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour (maida)
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. 1/8 tablespoonbaking powder
  4. 1/6 tablespoonbaking soda
  5. 1 tablespoonsugar
  6. 1 tablespoonoil
  7. as required Water to make smooth batter
  8. for topping--
  9. as required Hershey's chocolate syrup
  10. 1/4 tablespoonsesame seeds

    Take one bowl mix all ingredients.

    Now take one dosa pan. Keep it on medium flame. Pour one serving spoon batter of pan cake

  3. 3

    Cooked till both side cooked properly and turn into light golden colour

  4. 4

    After pancake cake cooked. Place it on plate. Add topping over it(Chocolate syurp and sesame seeds)
