Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix
I took the ingredients from a previously submitted"Steamed Dark Chocolate Cake Made in a Silicone Tray" and I tried transforming it into a baked chocolate doughnut recipe. You can add the whole bar of chocolate if you want to.The sweetness and richness of milk chocolate varies, so adjust the amount of chocolate you use until it's the flavor you want. (This time I used bittersweet chocolate.) For 6, 7 cm [2.8 in] diameter doughnuts. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -

Korean sticky rice donuts (꽈배기) Korean sticky rice donuts (꽈배기)
These Korean sticky rice donuts always bring me back to the time when I visited Korea. My husband and I picked some up from a street vendor while running errands together, and Ive loved them ever since! That was over 4 years ago and I’m not sure when we will be able to visit Korea again…. So until then I will make these Korean donuts at home. They are perfectly sweet and chewy and my husband says he doesn’t have a sweet tooth but whenever I make these donuts they are all gone in less than a daySo i guess he just has a sweet tooth for these donuts, but I can’t blame him they are absolutely delicious! Glazed Donuts Glazed Donuts
Fresh soft tender donuts, warm , light and so good. They are mot difficult to make. The most important tip is that this recipe should make 12 donuts, so be mindful rolling the dough out, simply roll it to a 1/2 inch thickness, no more otherwise the donuts will not be light and puffy. My first batch I rolled to many and they were skinny and not as wonderfully light as the next batch. fenway -

Old Fashioned Donuts Old Fashioned Donuts
I love Mister Donut's old fashioned donuts and the egg donuts from bakeries. I can't get enough of the crispy texture. Experimenting with bread flour and adjusting the amount of butter was kind of a pain, but makes donuts that will be gone in a flash. I prefer making them with the cake flour.Don't let the oil get too hot. Don't make the dough too thick. If you fry for it too long, they will dry out.Coating the donuts with the icing makes them deliciously crispy.Don't dust the dough with too much flour. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan
