All items collected in separate separate bowl. With proper cutting.

Take small piece of carrot, chilli, tomato, sprouts, cabbage. Take mung in one dish.

Add carrot, cabbage, tomato one by one add chat masala, as per taste. Again add mung and same process repeat.

Serve immediately.
