Ingredients

  1. 6 slicesBread
  2. 1/2 litreMilk
  3. 5 tspSugar
  4. As required Dry fruits like almonds, pistachios,raisens
  5. strandsFew Kesar
  6. 1 pinchCardamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk in a pan and boil it.

    Add sugar,kesar strands, cardamon powder and chopped dry fruits to it.

    Stir it and boil it for 25-30 mins at medium flame till it thickens and stir it occasionally.

    Switch off the flame after 30 minutes and cool the milk and keep it in the refrigerator.

    Now take the bread and cut round slices by any vessel.

    Take out the milk from refrigerator and dip these round bread slices in the milk.

  7. 7

    Take them out on a plate and pour some more milk over it and garnish with almonds and pistachios.

    Your chilled BREAD RASMALAI is ready.
