Delicious and creamy in texture matar paneer
Cooking Instructions

Take a pan add oil 1-2tsp.when the oil is hot add our ginger garlic paste,saute till raw smell loose out.thenadd onion cook till it become pink..when the onion translucent add tomatoes cook till it become mushy.for faster cooking a good colour in gravy add salt and red chilli powder

When its done keep it aside masala when its cool down grind it and make a paste

Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp butter/oil.when the oil is hot add 1 tsp cumin seeds when it splutter add dry spices and gram flour cook till raw smell goes out..don't burn the masala then add our tomato onion paste..cook till it release oil..then add salt and dry fenugreek leaves..for a good fragrance in a dish then add cream if our gravy is too thick then add half cup water cook for a minute.then add our boiled peas cook for abt 10 min..then add our cottage cheese cover it and cook again for 10-15 min

Now its done rich and creamy texture matar paneer is ready to serve with chapati ya naan
