Cooking Instructions

Firstly, boil the potato and mashed it add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, cumin seeds powder, 100 gm paneer, mix it well and make a dough.

Take cornflour in a bowl, add 1/2 bowl water and make a paste. Take the dough and make a round shape nest as shown in the image.

Dip it cornflour paste than dip vermicelli and make a perfect nest, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Take a paneer in a plate, add 1/4 tsp salt, mash it and make a small ball like egg.

Put a Pan on medium flame, add oil and deep-fry our nest.

Take a service tray and garnished with coriander leaves, eggs and serve with ketchup and green chutney.
