Ingredients

  1. 6bread cut in round shape
  2. Veggies for tikki-
  3. 1 potato grated
  4. 1carrot grated
  5. 1radish grated
  6. 1capsicum finely chopped
  7. 1onion finely chopped
  8. Handfulcoriander leaves
  9. 1 tspGinger, garlic, green chilli paste
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1 cuproasted peanuts (crush in grinder)
  12. All spices like-:
  13. 1tsp garam masala
  14. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  16. 1/2 tspblack cumin seeds
  17. 1/2 tspdry coriander powder
  18. 1/4 tspasafoetida (hing)
  19. as per tasteSalt
  20. 1 tbsppeanut butter
  21. 1 tbspTomato sauce
  22. 1 tbspgreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

    First roasted and make powder form of peanut and add in the veggies and add all the spices and make a tiki base masala.

    Now make tikki and shallow fry on tawa pan and cut the Bread in round shape and

    Now also shallow fry the bread on tawa pan and place spread all types of sauces, chutneys, peanut butter on bread and put tikki in the centre.

    Now serve it with peanut butter, chutney and sauce. It's my new innovation, please try this friends, I love to do innovation and it comes out really so delicious and kids love this so much. Thank you
