Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbasmati rice,soaked
  2. 100 gramspaneer
  3. 1 cupeach sliced carrots, beans, soya chunks (optional) and peas
  4. 1 cupsliced onions
  5. 1bay leave
  6. as required cardamom, cloves, cinnamon
  7. 6green chillies
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. Handfulcorrainder and mint leaves
  10. as per taste Salt
  11. 2 tspghee
  12. 6 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a non-stick bowl and add oil and ghee. Once heated add dry garam masalas.

    Once roasted add onions and stir fry till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and fry for a min.

  4. 4

    Add veggies and fry for another min.

  5. 5

    Add paneer, hara masala, salt and washed rice. pour 5 and a half cups of water.

  6. 6

    Cook rice on high flame ie., 6. Once rice comes to boil lower the flame to 4 medium heat and cook. Once water is dried on surface lower the flame to 1 low.
