  2. 100 gmsdesi ghee
  3. 200 gmsugar
  4. 250 gmkhoya/mawa
  5. 4cardamoms(make powder)
  6. 25/30almonds
  7. 2 tbspraisins
  8. 1 cupboiled milk

    Wash and peel carrots well.Grate them by using a hand grater.

    Heat the pan and add ghee.Ghee prevents our halwa from sticking to the pan and burning.Add grated carrots.continue to cook on a med.heat

    Pour milk and mix well.cover and cook until gajar turns soft and tender

  4. 4

    When the milk has completely evaporated add sugar and cardamom powder and stir well and cook

  5. 5

    Gajar release ghee

  6. 6

    Now add khoya and dry fruits

  7. 7

    Mix well

  8. 8

    Garnish with nuts.Ready to serve...
