Ingredients

  1. 10-12carrot
  2. 2 CupsMilk
  3. 100 gmsMawa(Khoya)
  4. 200 gmsSugar (As per requirements)
  5. 4-5 tbsDesi Ghee
  6. as per tasteElaichi Powder
  7. Dry Frutits
  8. 1/2 CupCashew
  9. 1/2 CupAlmond
  10. 1/2 CupRaisins
  11. 1/2 CupPistachio

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a carrot, washed it properly, then peel it and shred it. You can use a food processor or any blending jar for shredding.

    Heat the kadhai on a medium flame and add 3 tbs desi ghee

  3. 3

    Now Add carrot and sauteed it for 10 to 15 mins until the colour of the carrot changes.

    Add Cup milk and stir it continuously to avoid sticking and cooked it properly.

  5. 5

    Once the milk is absorbed now you have to add sugar and again stir it.

  6. 6

    Keep stirring until all the water gets absorbed.

  7. 7

    Now add Mawa(Khoya) and mix it properly and cooked it.

    Once everything is done add some elaichi powder and dry fruits (which is as per your choice) like cashew, almonds, raisins, pistachios.

    Mix it well

    Your carrot pudding is ready to serve.!!
