Soft and Chewy Cheese Rolls in a Bread Machine

I added tapioca powder the recipe that I usually make.
If using shredded cheese, use it as is. Otherwise finely chop the cheese.
These taste delicious with cheddar or gouda cheese.
Ovens vary, so adjust the baking time accordingly. Keep your eye on it as it bakes. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all of the ingredients in the bread maker and let it do the work until the first rising. After the dough has risen, round it out neatly and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 2
Place the dough from Step 1 on the counter dusted with flour. Pound out the gas and roll it out into a 22 x 18 cm rectangle.
- 3
Sprinkle the dough with cheese, leaving about 1 cm around the edge empty, and roll it up. Tightly seal the seams.
- 4
Cut the dough into 8 pieces. Place onto a sheet of parchment paper, leaving space in between each slice, and let rise a second time.
- 5
Bake for 12-13 minutes in an oven preheated to 210℃.

Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker
It's really easy to make Kikomoe's custard cream recipe and Poku-chan's choux pastry recipe so I came up the idea of combining them with a bread recipe.Make sure to properly chill the custard cream. I recommend doubling the original recipe so that you don't run out. If you fill the cream rolls with more than 1 tablespoon of filling they may explode, so don't go too crazy! You can't make the choux pastry ahead, so make sure to start preparing your ingredients during the second bread dough proofing. If you follow these instructions closely, you shouldn't have any problems. Recipe by Gomeko cookpad.japan -
