Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsspinach leaves
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 2 teaspoonsolive oil or butter
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. As per tasteBlack pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash spinach leaves, blanch them n grind to make purée.

  2. 2

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add butter n heat it. Now add garlic n sauté it till aromatic.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped onion, sauté for a minute till transparent.

  5. 5

    Now add spinach purée n cook for a minute till dry.

  6. 6

    Now add salt, pepper water n milk n boil.

  7. 7

    Serve hot in soup bowl n enjoy.
