Ingredients

  1. 100 gspinach
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. 6-8garlic cloves
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 4 tablespoonfresh cream
  6. 1 tablespoonmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    First take spinach leaves and wash properly. Heat a pan put some water and add spinach leaves in it and blanch it until it get soften

    Now remove from the gas and rest for 10 minutes than make smooth fine paste and keep aside

    Now take ginger and garlic and make fine paste

  4. 4

    Now heat a pan and put some oil in it add ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes

  5. 5

    Now add spinach paste and mix well add salt to taste and you can add some water

  6. 6

    Now add fresh cream and mix well

  7. 7

    Remove from the gas serve hot and garnish with cream

  8. 8

    Healthy and tasty Spinach Soup is ready Enjoy !!!
