  1. 250 gramsfresh spinach leaves
  2. 1/2 largeonion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2 cloveof garlic
  5. 1salt n pepper

    wash the spinach leaves well

  2. 2

    chop spinach,tomato,onion n garlic.

  3. 3

    boil the ingredients in water for 20 mins..

  4. 4

    cool n grind ina mixer

  5. 5

    strain n boil soup

  6. 6

    add salt n pepper according to taste.
