Cooking Instructions

Chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves

Add besan, atta, and all dry ingredients

Add 2 tablespoon oil and mix check if it holds shape
- 4
Add little water and start binding the flour, add water only if needed and knead a semi soft dough
- 5
Keep dough aside for 5-10 mins.

Pinch a small portion and roll
- 7
Roast on hot tawa, apply oil or ghee generously on both the sides and roast on medium flame till both sides are crisp

Serve hot with curd and pickle
