Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspeas
  2. 250 gmspaneer (mashed)
  3. 1big onion chopped
  4. 1large tomato puree
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1/4 tbsphaldi powder
  10. 1/3 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1/3coriander powder
  12. 2green chillies chopped
  13. 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  14. 2 tbspginger-garlic paste
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. As neededWater
  17. 4 sprigCoriander (Dhania) Leaves
  18. 1 tbspfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok or pan, add some oil.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Now add the ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Saute it for a minute and add the chopped onions and cook it till they become brown in color.

    Now mix the tomato puree and curd to it.

  5. 5

    Add all the spices and cook it for 3-4 minutes or till the oil starts separating from it.

    Now mix the peas and add 1 cup of water.

  7. 7

    Cook it for 5 minutes with a covered lid.

    When the peas are cooked properly add the grated or mashed paneer.

  9. 9

    Give it a quick and nice mix. Add the green coriander leaves.
    Switch off the flame.

    Top of it adds 1 tbsp of fresh cream (optional).

    Serve it with roti, paratha, or naan.
