Ingredients

3 people
  1. 5-6pointed gourd
  2. 1/2 cupcauliflower
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1medium sized onion
  5. 2potato
  6. 4green chillies, chopped
  7. 4-5garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 inchginger
  9. 2-3 tbspoil
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1-2 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash vegetables and cut all same like as picture. On the flame and add oil to heat and shallow fry pointed gourd for 5 minutes.

    Add cauliflower and onion to fry within 2 minutes. Add green chili, garlic, ginger and saute for 2mint. Add potato, tomato, turmeric powder, salt and mix well and cook for 5 mint with saute continuosly.

    Add water and cover it. Cook for 15-20 mint. All water are shocked and cook proper all than off the flame and transfer in serving plate. Serve it with rice or chapati.
