  13. 1"cinnamon stick
  14. 8black pepper corn
  15. 5clove
  16. 6green cardamom
  17. 2black cardamom
  18. 2bayleaf
  19. 15almond
  20. 15cashewnut
  21. 2 tbsprose water
  22. As neededFew kesar threads
  23. 1/2 tspcardamom pawder
  24. 1/4 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf stir add Mutton stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste salt and red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder green chili stir fry to cook

    Now add tomatoes stir fry to cook well add brawn onions stir fry to cook and add curd stir fry to cook well then to tender Mutton

    Take mixer jar add almond and cashewnut casar cardamom pawder milk rose water and grind fine past

    Now add Mutton and stir cook well and keep slow flame for 10minutes

    Ready to serve with naan
