  1. 1 cupcrushed yellow mustard
  2. 1/2 cupcrushed fenugreek seeds
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 4 tbspred chili powder
  5. 2 tbspkashmiri red chili powder
  6. 1 cupmustard oil
  7. as per tastesalt

    First of all, mix yellow mustard and fenugreek seeds in a mix with one whisk.

    Now add chili, turmeric, and salt as required and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now heat the mustard oil and when it cools down, add it to the masala and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Achal masala is ready. From these spices, you can also make sour pickles, golkeri, Gunda pickles, chana-methi. Also, this spice looks great with khakra, roti, or bhakri, and adding it to vegetables makes the taste of vegetables very nice.
