Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2 cupcornflour
  5. 2 tbspmaida
  6. 3 tspred chili powder
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 2 tspred chili sauce
  11. 2 tsptomato sauce
  12. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  13. 2green chillies
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. 1 tspvinegar

    Cut paneer into cubes. Chop onion, capsicum.Mix maida corn flour, red chilli powder & pepper powder, salt. Add water & make paste

    Add paneer cubes in this paste, coat well & deep fry into oil.

    Take oil in pan add garlic, green chilli, onion & capsicum. Saute on high flame for 2 min. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar. Make slurry of 2 tsp corn flour and water.

    Add this slurry to it. And stir for 2 min. Then add fried paneer, salt. Mix paneer with all ingredients properly. Paneer chilli is ready to serve hot.
